Meet Chris Bloomquist

Chris Bloomquist is a husband, father, engineer, and founder of a climate recruiting company who’s dedicated his life to building strong, inclusive communities. The son of a Chilean immigrant and a fourth-generation farmer, he’s deeply rooted in service, equity, and environmental stewardship.

Chris has led DEI and BIPOC career development initiatives, served on the KD Hall Foundation Board, organized PNW Climate Week’s first career fair, and supported nonprofits like Water1st, Habitat for Humanity, and YearUp United—all focused on social justice, career opportunities and sustainability.
